Welcome to AYONIZA. By visiting this website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About us

2. Products and pricing

We try to show our products, photos and descriptions as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and handmade or fashion jewellery may have small variations.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown on the product listing.
We may change prices, offers or product availability at any time without prior notice. The price at the time you place your order applies to that order.
If a product is out of stock or a price is shown incorrectly by mistake, we may cancel or correct the order and will inform you on WhatsApp. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.

3. Offers and discounts

Offers shown on the website (such as discounts on buying 2 or 3 products, extra discount on prepaid orders, and free shipping across India) apply as described when they are running.
Offers may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Where a discount applies to your order, it will be confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you pay.

4. How to order

You add products to your cart, enter your delivery details and choose "Place Order on WhatsApp". This sends your order details to us.
Sending an order is a request to buy. Your order is confirmed only after we reply and your payment is verified.
Please make sure your name, mobile number and full address (with PIN code) are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

5. Payment

All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Payments are made through UPI to the payment details shown at checkout. After paying, you share your payment screenshot with us on WhatsApp.
Your order is processed once the payment has been verified by us.
Please pay only to the UPI details shown on this website. AYONIZA will never ask you for your UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP or passwords.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship across India. Free shipping is available as mentioned on our website.
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 days after your order is confirmed and payment is verified. Exact timing may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner. We will share dispatch and tracking updates on WhatsApp where available.
Delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will help you follow up.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short, return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery with an unedited, continuous unboxing video, and are accepted for wrong, damaged or missing items.

8. Jewellery care

To keep your jewellery looking good for longer, keep it away from water, perfume, sprays and harsh chemicals, and store it in a dry place. Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, is not covered under the return policy.

9. Your account

If you create an account or log in, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information. We may suspend an account that is misused.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt to break or disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Do not place false, fraudulent or abusive orders. We may refuse or cancel such orders.

11. Intellectual property

The AYONIZA name, logo, product photos, designs and content on this website belong to AYONIZA. Please do not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, AYONIZA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, subject to your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
