Account information: if you sign up or log in, we collect your name and email address (via email/password or Google sign-in).
Order and delivery details: when you place an order, we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, city, state and PIN code.
Basic usage data: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site working properly.

How we use your information

To process and confirm your orders, sent to us via WhatsApp.
To recognise you when you log in and show your saved details for faster checkout.
To respond to questions you send us via WhatsApp, Instagram or phone.

How your information is stored

Account sign-in is handled securely by Firebase Authentication (Google). Delivery details you choose to save are stored only in your own browser, on your device, and are not sent anywhere until you place an order. Order details are shared with us directly through WhatsApp when you click "Place Order".

Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your details are only used to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it.

Your choices

You can log out at any time from the account menu.
You can ask us to delete your saved account or order information by messaging us on WhatsApp.
